Do you know these two men?

Edward Primoff

Michael Peroutka
It's not likely you do but you should get to know them because they are both millionaires who are trying their best to influence the Carroll County Commissioners election.
Primoff, frequently referred to as Ed Pissedoff because of his demeanor when he was a Commissioner Candidate in 2006, now lives in Florida but has recently arrived back on the Carroll scene with a new PAC called KeepCarrollConservative.com. You will see his signs now being added to the radical Commissioner Candidates least worthy of being elected: Frazier, Rothschild, Mallick, DiMaggio and Allison. He formerly partnered with that nasty old fool Hoby Wolf in conniving lies about candidates they disliked, using that newspaper rag, Northern News, to spread them.
There is no more despicable person to have ever entered the Carroll political and development scene than Ed Pissedoff, although he was such a poor candidate himself that he wet his pants at a forum in Sykesville and had to retreat from the hall.
During the Dell / Frazier tenure as commissioners, Pissedoff often bragged that he could run Carroll Government from his living room, then in Woodbine. Unfortunately, his claim was not far from the truth as he fully controlled Dell and Frazier. Now he wants to affect this election with his money and influence over conservatives who have yet to learn how to think for themselves.
Now Mr. Peroutka is another story altogether. He and his brother have a law firm in Anne Arundel County from which they operate The Institute On The Constitution. Michael is a candidate for Delegate this year but he's also generously given Richard Rothschild's campaign a big boost with a $4,000 contribution.
Although Rothschild has denied knowing Peroutka, he managed to get the Commissioners to hire Peroutka's Institute to indoctrinate County managers on the Constitution by the Reverend David Whitney of the Cornerstone Evangelical Free Church in Pasadena, MD. Staff were encouraged to attend the lessons by Chief of Staff Steve Powell. The Carroll County Times report on the issue on February 24, 2012 stated, "Having the course for county employees was the brainchild of Commissioner Richard Rothschild, R-District . Whitney met Rothschild in 2010 when Rothschild, who was not a commissioner at the time, attended his intensive 12-hour U.S. Constitution course. Whitney and Rothschild had been in contact since then and set up the course to be taught today, Whitney said."
Well the bottom line here folks is the question, "Do you want these two out-of-County millionaires to influence the results of our election?"
Over 1000 citizens have changed parties from Democrat and Independent to Republican so they can have a voice in this primary election. Now they are being called RINOS (Republicans in name only) by the likes of Pissedoff and Peroutka and local wing-nut Larry Helmaniac.
With only a few weeks left to the election there is no doubt they have more tricks and money up their sleeves. There will be mailers, DVDs and handouts at the election halls.
I'm hoping that Carroll Countians aren't going to allow themselves to be bullied by the likes of those who are so scared that Carroll might elect moderate Republicans or God forbid a Democrat or two.
I'm hoping that citizens are tired of their County having the state wide reputation as the home of radical politicians who accomplish nothing and who have made Carroll the laughing stock of the state.

Mr. Ridgely, as one who accuses others of conniving lies about candidates that they dislike, You could be accused of the same. You should really check your facts before you commit them to print. Mrs. Mallick has never met or had any dealings with the two men you mention. Furthermore, no signage has or will be added to Mrs. Mallick's signs.
