Psychotic Nut Case Survives Primary

Mush-for-Brains Bozos in Taylorsville and Mt. Airy select bonifide nut case over sane business woman.

Yes, incredible as it may seem, a pathetic 2,200 morons from District 4 selected Richard Rothschild over the qualified, completely sane, Barbara Biller in the Republican Primary. There was no Democratic candidate running so the way seemed pretty clear for Rothschild to continue embarrassing Carroll County and wasting taxpayer money on his own frivolities under the guise of protecting the US Constitution.

Fortunately, since the primary another well qualified Republican candidate has stepped up to run against Rothschild in the general election as a write-in candidate.

While local businessman Jim Rowe has many good qualifications to be a Commissioner, his most endearing is the very fact that he IS NOT Richard Rothschild.

As disclosed in the Carroll County Times article by Christian Alexandersen on September 1, 2014, Rothschild and his equally nutty companion Robin Frazier have cost Carroll taxpayers over $180,000 in legal fees to defend their right to offend every other Carroll Countian not of their faith; attack the Chesapeake Bay Restoration Program and attempt to protect their e mails from public disclosure - all failures. Additionally, the Times did not disclose the $10,000 Rothschild had paid to his campaign contributor, attorney Richard Titus, to defend him against ethics charges which I brought against Rothschild 3 years ago.

The accounting does not include the tens of thousands squandered by Rothschild to hold an illegal anti planning conference in Baltimore County in 2011, hiring pretend experts like Lord Christopher "Baloney" Monckton to speak. Rothschild's anti sustainability, anti climate change / sea level rise philosophies are well known.

Not as well known is  that his major campaign contributor is Michael Peroutka, a bible churning attorney from Anne Arundel County who believes the MD legislature is unconstitutional and as a member of the League of the South, believes Maryland and other states should secede from the Union in the name of white superiority. Rothschild himself has suggested that Carroll and other counties attempt to secede from Maryland.

What will it take for District 4 citizens to wake up and elect a sane person who is devoid of the conspiracy theories that Rothschild thrives on? It's rather simple really. Responsible people from Mt Airy simply need to turn out in numbers this November and write in the name of candidate Jim Rowe. I have enough faith in the residents of that district to believe that they can write - and that they are fed up with the antics of the most pathetic screwball to ever occupy the County Commissioners office. I am confident that a majority will take the extra effort to put Jim Rowe in office to represent them with dignity.
